Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Model Pipeline AI Inc. ("nocode.expert", "The No-Code Expert", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit nocode.expert or contact us about our services. It covers the data this website collects. Where we process data on behalf of a client while building automations or tracking inside the client's own accounts, that processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement rather than this Policy. By using this website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you choose to give us, primarily through our contact and project-brief forms and when you book a call. This includes:

  • Your name, email address, and company or website
  • The message and budget range you submit describing the work you want done
  • Any details you share when booking a call or emailing us directly

We also collect limited technical and usage data automatically, such as pages visited, referring links, approximate location, browser and device type, and similar analytics information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries and prepare proposals; provide, operate, and improve our website and services; communicate with you about a potential or active engagement; understand how the website is used so we can improve it; and comply with our legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure usage. For website analytics we use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC). We do not use advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.

You can opt out of analytics at any time using your browser's cookie controls or the Google Analytics opt-out tools. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site or contact us.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with a limited set of trusted service providers who help us run this website and respond to you, including hosting, database, email delivery, scheduling, and analytics providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Our current providers are listed on our Subprocessors page.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, including court orders, subpoenas, or government requests.

4.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, financing, or insolvency proceeding, your information may be transferred to a successor entity as part of that transaction.

4.4 With Your Consent

We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit prior consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact and lead information for as long as necessary to respond to you, pursue or service an engagement, and keep reasonable business records. We retain data longer only where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS), access controls and multi-factor authentication on the systems we use, and least-privilege access to lead data. Further detail is on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights

7.1 General Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations
  • Object to or request restriction of processing
  • Request data portability in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

7.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7.3 European Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7.4 Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of your privacy rights, contact us at hello@nocode.expert. We may require identity verification before processing your request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and the providers we use may process data in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using this website or contacting us, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

9. Children's Privacy

This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@nocode.expert and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Policy with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
