Responsible AI

Model Pipeline AI Inc. (operating as nocode.expert) builds AI agents and AI-assisted steps into the automations we deliver, using large language models from providers such as Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI. We are committed to building these systems responsibly, so that AI is used in a lawful, transparent, and accountable way inside your workflows.
1. Human in the Loop
We design AI steps to keep a human in control where it matters. We do not build fully autonomous systems that make high-risk or irreversible decisions, for example about a person's employment, credit, or legal standing, or that spend money or send external communications at scale, without a clear approval step or your explicit sign-off on the level of autonomy. Where an AI step classifies, drafts, scores, or routes, we make it easy to review and correct its output.
2. Data Minimisation
We send only the data an AI step actually needs into a model prompt, and we avoid passing unnecessary personal or sensitive data to third-party LLM providers. Where practical, we redact or omit identifiers that are not required for the task. We help you choose model providers and settings that fit your data-sensitivity requirements.
3. No Training on Your Data
We do not use your data to train our own models. We configure AI integrations to use model providers on terms that do not train the provider's models on your prompts or outputs, where such terms are available (for example standard business or API tiers), and we will tell you which provider and tier an automation uses.
4. Transparency
We are clear with you about where and how AI is used in the systems we build, including which steps rely on a model and what they do. You are responsible for any disclosures your own end users or customers may require about automated or AI-assisted processing, and we will help you implement them.
5. Your Responsibility
You remain responsible for how the delivered systems are used and for ensuring that AI-assisted outputs used in your business comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of others. AI outputs can be wrong or biased; important decisions should be reviewed by a person. If you are unsure whether a use case is appropriate, review our Acceptable Use Policy or contact us before proceeding.
6. Continuous Improvement
Responsible AI is an ongoing commitment. We keep our practices current as models, provider terms, and regulation evolve. We welcome feedback on our approach at hello@nocode.expert.
